Why I cannot play game with other ppl through Garena?

I cannot see or enter other ppl d game room...
Other ppl also cannot see or enter my game room...
I already ping and tunnel liao but still cannot see or enter...Antivirus and Firewall also close liao...
I already reinstalled many times but still cannot...

Shouldn\'t turn off your Firewall and antivirus software ... You should send a feedback to Garena ... I suppose ... Not here ...

Have you run a virus scan in your computer? Check whether your computer is infected.
Or another problem is that your connection speed is slow.

My computer is nt infected......I also format liao many times...
and my connection speed is fast....

When does this problem starts? From the first time u ply?

Try plying games which their servers are near to ur house (Malaysia)
To test ur speed go to speedtest.net. See whether your computer matches the system requirements. If the problem still persist, try contacting Garena Support. Or check whether your friends have the same problem.(It might be the Garena server's poblem.)
